Why is the list empty?
Draws are saved when a scrape includes Applications, after the account is validated, or when staff load a saved copy. A bonus-points scrape does not fill this page.
What does the changes note mean?
A draw that was already saved came back with a different result or hunt, for example Pending becoming Drawn. The note above the table names the year, season, species, what changed, and when. Dismiss clears that note and keeps it under Past changes. The first save of a draw, including an older result, does not raise the note. No email is sent.
A draw I expected to be gone is still listed
Saved draws are removed only after a scrape reads the full portal list and every hunt party and choice table can replace what is stored. A choice table needs all five choices. A party table that lists fewer people than are already saved does not replace them, and other saved draws stay. If the last scrape warned that saved draws were kept, the list it got was empty, short, or partly unreadable. The next complete scrape removes the draw and leaves a note that it was removed.
Why are there two rows for the same species and year?
The same year, season, and species can be listed twice when the hunt numbers differ. One hunt can be Drawn and another left over.
What do the highlights mean?
A successful result — Drawn, Drawn-Electronic, or First Come Left-Over — highlights the row in green. A Pending result highlights the row in yellow. In View Details, the account holder's party row and the drawn hunt choice are highlighted.
What is the line under the heading?
It is the PointGuard notice from the portal, such as when PointGuard Plus expires. It is shown when one has been saved for that account.
The dialog says Questionnaire Answered
The detail page sometimes adds that wording to a Drawn-Electronic result. The list keeps the shorter result. The dialog shows the longer one.
A shared list looks shorter than mine
That is the list someone shared with you. It shows Pending, Drawn, or Not drawn, and it leaves out the hunt party, PointGuard, and bonus points. A drawn tag shows only the choice that was drawn. Your own accounts still show the full list. See Applications.
