I do not see scrape mode or Run checks

Save HTML, the captures list, and Run checks are for staff. After an account is validated, anyone can choose Account, Bonus points, Applications, and Licenses.

What is All?

Every section you are allowed to run. For staff that includes a saved copy of the pages. See Scrape modes.

Does Save HTML update points or draws?

Not by itself. It keeps the pages. Include Bonus points or Applications, or choose All, when you also want those saved.

Can checks sign in to the portal?

No. Checks re-read a copy a scrape already saved. Load into the named account writes the draws, profile, or licenses from that copy onto the account the copy names, and does not sign in. Any staff user can load any saved copy. Each attempt is recorded, including a failure.

Can I delete a saved copy from the site?

Yes. On the Scraping page, staff can delete one kept copy. Deleting an account deletes the copies that belong to it. A super admin can also record, on Site settings, how many days a failure copy and a saved copy are kept. The site does not delete copies on a schedule. Those numbers apply when someone runs the cleanup command. Each folder that command deletes is recorded. A dry run deletes nothing and records nothing. Copies from a scrape that is still running are not included. Until a number is saved, copies stay until someone deletes them.

Will I get an email when a draw result changes?

No. The Applications page shows the change. Reminder email is not sent.
