Accounts
Accounts lists the Arizona Game and Fish accounts stored on your login. Your own name, username, email, and password are on Settings. The yellow Pending pill is the only scrape this page starts. It says Pending, and Validate Now when you point at it.
Your login
Settings edits your first name, last name, username, email, and password.
- Changing your name or username does not ask for your current password.
- Changing your email or your password requires your current password.
- After a password change you stay signed in.
Choose Save login.
Preferences
Preferences on the same page sets the color scheme and the appearance. Each change is saved immediately. It does not change your name, email, or password. The sun or moon in the header switches between light and dark.
- Color scheme lists the palettes the site currently offers.
- Appearance is System, Light, or Dark. System follows this device, including when that setting changes while the page is open. A new login starts on System.
- Which species to show is not available yet.
AZGFD accounts
The table lists each person on this login: name, AZGFD login, a creds pill, and the last time a scrape signed in to the portal. The pill is Missing when there is no password, Invalid when the portal rejected it, Pending until the first full sync writes the profile, and Valid after that. When the portal says Two-Factor Enabled, the row also says a scrape started from this site will ask for the texted code.
- Add account starts a new person. Enter an AZGFD email or username (or both) and the portal password. The first validation copies the AZGFD name into the name shown on the site. After you save, a dialog asks whether to sync now. Wait leaves the account Pending. The yellow Pending pill on the list runs that full sync later.
- If that AZGFD account is already stored, adding or editing it shows: "This AZGFD account is already in use by another CopperDraw user. If you believe this is an error, you can request an ownership review." The message does not say who has it. Contact the site administrator. There is no review page yet.
- Share looks up another CopperDraw user by username or email. You can grant the latest bonus points, draw applications, or both, for this account or for every account on your login. They see that account under Shared accounts on this page and as an extra row on the Dashboard. They turn on Include shared accounts on Bonus Points to show the points. Draw applications open from their Applications page as a shorter list: the year, season, species, whether it is pending, drawn, or not drawn, the hunt number, the tag number, and the hunt. A drawn tag shows only the tag that was drawn. They do not see the hunt party, PointGuard, bonus points on the draw, the profile, licenses, or password.
- A name opens that person's account page. That name is the display name. Edit opens the login form. Change displayed name is directly under the Edit heading and opens the display first and last name. A later sync can update the AZGFD name and does not change the display name. The Applications list uses the display name. The draw list and hunt party keep the AZGFD name.
- On edit, leave the password blank to keep the stored one. Enter a new password to replace it. A new password marks the account valid again.
- If the portal rejects the password, the status becomes Invalid. Scrapes skip that account until you save a new password.
- Delete account on Edit asks you to confirm, then removes the portal login, the bonus-point history, the draws, and the saved page copies that belong to it. A scrape that is still running has to finish or be cancelled first. You return to this page. Revoke on Share asks before it stops that share.
Opening a person from the Dashboard shows the same details, plus the latest points, Edit, and Scrape this account.
When a later sync changes the portal profile or a license, a note above those details names the field and when it changed. Dismiss clears that note. Past changes lists them with the time. The first sync does not raise a note. A sync that gets an empty or partly unreadable licenses page keeps the saved licenses, and its job on Scraping has a warning.
Shared accounts
Shared accounts sits under your own list. It shows each Arizona Game and Fish account someone else has shared with this login.
- Name is the display name. It uses the same color as your own account names, and it is not a link.
- Shared by is the CopperDraw name of the person who shared it.
- Shared lists what they granted. Bonus points and Draw applications are each listed when that grant is on.
- Shared on is when they shared it.
- Remove account asks you to confirm, then drops that share. It also disappears from the other person's share list, and from your Dashboard.
The row does not include their portal login, password status, profile, or licenses. When nothing has been shared, the table says so.
